“I came in yesterday evening (2nd Sept) right before close due to unfortunate traffic, which I know is so annoying, to get my friend 3 paints and some supplies. I want to highlight what an absolute delight the staff were that evening despite the fact that I came in 10 minutes before closure.
The young lady behind the paint mixing till was incredibly patient, helpful and so polite with me, and even helped me take my paint to the till as I was in such a rush I didn’t bring a trolley. Then a young lad helped take my paint to my car and was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Honestly, I’m not sure if I’ve ever had better customer service. Thank you b&q, what I thought may have been a wasted trip was actually a really lovely trip and it really made my day.”
