“Last week, I visited Leyland to purchase some grey paint. Unfortunately, the name of the mixed colour I wanted had rubbed off from the tin, making it difficult to find the matching shade.One of the assistants could benefit from some additional training or a more creative approach, as they claimed it was impossible to find a match. Fortunately, the manager named Jag overheard the conversation and came to the rescue. Jag skillfully peeled off the dried layer of paint from inside the tin, used it on a piece of paper, and successfully matched the exact colour I was looking for. I cannot thank Jag enough for his invaluable help and for providing a flawless 100% match.”
