“Just wanted to say what incredible customer service I received from Rio at the MUJI Kensington Store. I was after a certain pair of trousers and he managed to find them in the store room, just in time before they were due to be transferred to another store. Rio put them aside for me and I collected them on Friday. Absolutely top top customer service, kind friendly and polite. I did however hear the sad news he is leaving soon so that is a great loss to one of my favorite shops. Thank you again Rio!!!!”

“Observed the shop whilst charging up my electric car. Saw the beautiful shop and clean flags on both ends. Shop was equally very neat and well designed furnitures. Next to other shops like Papa Johns and just one charging port with different cables.. Worth visiting and seems a quite and distinct shop. You can't miss it.”

“What a lovely little place this is. We have been here twice now. There is something for everyone (females only) and every occasion. Me and sis brought things for her room and for the flat. Such pretty things. Admittedly some of the items are a bit pricey but worth it. Staff are very friendly. “Purchased cleaning and sealing products for natural stone tiles at Fired Earth Cross Street. They seemed reasonably priced but importantly I was told what products to buy and what wouldn't be worth it. I also got excellent advice on how to apply the products over a week or so.
