“I went in with an issue with my ASOS gift card and one of the members of staff, she may have been the manager (5th July 2023 @ 14:45) was SO HELPFUL. She was just off shift and said she will call head office and follow up as I had thrown away the receipt! She said it would take 10mins so I went to a nearby shop, and she came looking for me so she could update me as she had to leave the store to get home. She confirmed that the store had validated the card so it might be an issue with the retailer’s site and gave me advice to clear my browsing history and try again. She also got me an asos customer services number in case it didn’t work again so that I wouldn’t be left in the dark if it happened again! I’m truly grateful as it was a £50 gift card. There are Not a lot of helpful people like that left in retail so thought it was important to shout her out, and the rest of the staff at that time, who were really friendly and willing to help! Thanks folks!”
