Luke the manager is a laughing joke. Waitrose messed our delivery and received completely wrong ingredients.We called Waitrose and Luke told us he will give us the correct items. When we arrived there, he changed his mind. We then had to call Uber for a refund and had to but all out food again.Shocking customer service!!!Luke needs to sort out his attitude!!

Good as always, great to see staff maning the tills for a quick personal service, one of the few supermarkets locally you are able to do a quick shop due to staff on the tills.

Training of security really needs to be tightened, for I feel watched like a hawk in this store. Leave me be and let me do my shopping.Staff are lovely, bar select managers and security. Also admire their commitment to fresh produce. The company's and staffs' commitment, that is - not the select security guards' or managers'.But always the Sainsbury's for me nowadays.

One evening, while scanning my shopping at the self-checkout in my local Waitrose, I unfortunately witnessed a distressing incident. A fellow customer was shouting inappropriate words at a member of staff, who appeared visibly upset. Despite the severity of the situation, there was no manager or additional staff member present to support the employee in question as she endured verbal abuse.As a customer who values and respects the hard work of those who serve us, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of action taken by my local Waitrose in this instance. It is disheartening to see a member of staff being subjected to such treatment, with no assistance offered while they were also dealing with other customers on the self-service machines. I strongly urge Waitrose Fulham to take appropriate measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of their employees.

Really love this Waitrose, it's so much better than my local Waitrose in Canary Wharf, where some of the staff are often not that polite or knowledgeable and stock levels have recently been very poor.This Waitrose by contrast is unfailingly well-stocked (the range of fresh flowers in particular is excellent), the store is always clean and well-ordered, and I've had some lovely chats with some of the cashiers. They even offer free coffee! (But remember to bring your own cup).

Love my local Waitrose but that dirty, unkempt, rough looking security guard is disgusting. He may only be security but if he?s going to be representing WAITROSE in any capacity, he should make an effort to come in sharp, professional and leave the foul, racist remarks at his home. Revolting.

2nd time staff not really friendly. This time he just prefer to help another customer at till. I had to ask another member of staff to help me. The only nice person was the security guard I said bye to at the end and who answered back........

This shop is getting worse everyday. Half of products are missing, dirty place and big queues since they changed layout 2 weeks ago. Stuff running around and blocking people in alleys. The manager of the shop should be fired on the spot!
