Luke the manager is a laughing joke. Waitrose messed our delivery and received completely wrong ingredients.We called Waitrose and Luke told us he will give us the correct items. Good as always, great to see staff maning the tills for a quick personal service, one of the few supermarkets locally you are able to do a quick shop due to staff on the tills.

Training of security really needs to be tightened, for I feel watched like a hawk in this store. Leave me be and let me do my shopping.Staff are lovely, bar select managers and security.
