A string of recent visits, all bad experiences. I suggest you keep your shop closed on Sundays as not providing all services and staying open is very misleading as we all have busy schedules and getting refused service very rudely everytime simply being a Sunday is not good. When asked why, the reasons given sounds more like an inconvenience caused by me. Today when I accidentally knocked the counter with my parcel the man threatened me with ?don?t play with me?. This is completely unacceptable and I would advise that you properly train all your staff on customer service especially the man working Sundays. I will go elsewhere next time.

Horrendous queues. Waiting in line to post a parcel looks like a line for free cash. Maybe not their fault it?s a tiny office but this is a review of my experience :-)

I appreciate the owner coming and asking for information on the incident...But no1. I've lived in Bedfont for 15+ years he's been there that long giving nothing but por service to the public.There is no training this individual can be given to make up for the years of bad service!Look at all the complaints!There is no investigation needed my situation is not unique... the negative reviews themslef should be enough for you to do something.However every one of them you dismiss, with patronising repetition.As long as you keep giving this person excuses your postoffice will continue to get bad reviews.At this point apologising in the manner which you have been doing to EVERYONE is a clear indication that you have NO INTENTION to rectify it.I Hope you realise and make the decision you need to make to better help your postoffices reputation and the better serve the public, who are behind your fellow colleagues on strike!!No.2 since the incident I have not gone back in, operating my business services somewhere else I have no intention of coming back into this post office.??

FIND AN ALTERNATIVE:Do not Go into this Post Office if you want to do anything specific. fortunately it is not all of the staff but unfortunate for them there's one particular member in there that denies me service every time I go in there.Apparently he is NOTORIOUS in the area for the way he treats people.I came here to see reviews out of sheer curiosity only to find this confirmed!The other day was for an oystercard for my child, he wanted my ID, this is not the 1st oystercard I have had to process as I have 3 children! I have NEVER been asked for ID at anytime at THAT SAME POST OFFICE to process them!Either way it is NOT stipulated on the documentation you bring to be verified that you have to bring ID, not even by the school you get your application stamped from!I have had no problems with the other staff members however they can be slow to acknowledge you and can be rude.He denied me service, however I went to another post office in the area and got served no problem.I went straight back and complained, as it is not the 1st time I have been turned away by this individual for asanine reasons but being served perfectly fine elsewhere.All this man could do was shake his head an point to his computer screen (as if I could see it ) and whisper to his colleague in his own language!!He clearly didn't want to serve me in the 1st place otherwise he himself would have told me what type of ID TO BRING (residential or photo ID)Because as stated before NO requirement of ID is stipulated.He should not be there! He has been there for YEARS reluctant to work..refusing to serve and causing unnecessary inconvenience , he is giving his other colleagues and this post office a bad reputation via his actions and that is only made worse, by the excuses that they make for the appalling behaviour towards the customers over the Years!Neither, the integrity, patience, manners or quite frankly the brain capacity to be serving the public.
