A string of recent visits, all bad experiences. I suggest you keep your shop closed on Sundays as not providing all services and staying open is very misleading as we all have busy schedules and getting refused service very rudely everytime simply being a Sunday is not good. Not been in here for sometime and now I know why, the staff haven’t got a clue what they are doing. I only want to send back a parcel via Amazon. She hadn’t a clue what to do.
We are situated in the middle of a shopping parade in Bedfont .Free parking facilities available in the front and also 20 minutes in the car park opposite to the post office.

Staff will be happy to assist with any facilities as and when needed within reasonable time scale however please avoid the busy periods.
We also can do digital passport application with pre appointment basis.
