What turned my review round wad the amazing member of staff that not only apologised as much as he could, but then went on to ring another shop and get the battery delivered to the store I had ordered it too originally the same day! “Had a fault with my BMW 520D (F10), initially throttle lag and eventually error messages, engine light on dashboard and loos of power.Within hours of my call I arrived at the garage where Jack and his team figured out the issue promptly and professionally.
