“Just wanted to give a massive thank you to the team. The undertray of my car came loose on the m25 yesterday and was half hanging off.I made appointment at the wrong Halfords in staines today but was fitted in here so it could be removed as a temp fix. Thank you so much!!! Ive used these guys before for MOT on previous vehicle. My family used to berate me for using a halfords as they thought they'd rip me off. But they've always been professional and extremely polite and have never over charged me.. which goes a long way being a woman who knows sod all about cars! I will be back for my MOT! ?”

I came in worried, as I’d just been told elsewhere that the car battery I’d bought wasn’t the right fit for my car. The young man reassured me that it was the correct type and explained it clearly, which really put me at ease. Rodie then fitted the battery quickly, with great professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness, and also advised me on a charger. Both were easy to talk to, polite, and made what started as a stressful situation into a very positive experience. “Top rated service. Never used Mark before but had aircon problem and he came out within 30 minutes to look at it, diagnosed and quoted then got the part, returned promptly and fitted it. The job turned out to be quite involved but he got it done with a very high level of skill and stuck to his quote. I have already recommended him to a friend and would not hesitate to ask Mark again. From what I saw he is a top guy who really knows his trade.”
