This is my shopping experience at Northumberland street and not 1 or 2 times, my several visits. I always receive awesome customer service. I simply love Barbara and Joe, very lovely, helpful and cheerful ladies. Always chat with me. Beautiful people . I like stuff at this shop but I love people there. They are so kind and nice specially Barbara and Joe.

let the staff know there was a minstrel show record on display and i noted that they should just chuck it. The staff looked at it, laughed, and the older lady noted ?i used to go to those?. disgusting.

Very unfriendly and rude staff, workers named Barbara was very rude
Barbara then started taking the toys of the children, they started crying. She said shop not the playground.

Me and my friend went in with our two children, theu were looking at the toys, Barbara then started taking the toys of the children, they started crying. She then was very rude about it and started staying if your not touching ur not allowed to buy. Unacceptable behavior have been going here for 5 years and donations stuff to the place. Never in my life has this sort of attitude been seen in my life, I?ve worked in retail all my life and always children looking at the toys with no problem. I will be posting this on all the local groups to warn of such anti social behavior. I am appalled.

An excellent charity shop and a awesome place to buy books and give them a new chance at life, rather than them being disposed of.You can find a great range of books and DVD's/Blu-ray's at great prices; I enjoy visiting and trying out new authors which is easy to do when the books are so reasonably priced.I find this as an avid reader the best charity shop by far anywhere in the local area!

Wow what a shop the best charity shop between here and Essex. If Mooney the manageress was to leave it would be rubbish. She has brilliant customer service and remembers everyone's name. Even when she has a very very rude customer she keeps cool and manages to win the customer round. A brilliant shopping experience Thank you
