This is my shopping experience at Northumberland street and not 1 or 2 times, my several visits. I always receive awesome customer service. let the staff know there was a minstrel show record on display and i noted that they should just chuck it. The staff looked at it, laughed, and the older lady noted ‘i used to go to those’. disgusting.

Very unfriendly and rude staff, workers named Barbara was very rude Barbara then started taking the toys of the children, they started crying. She said shop not the playground.
