It would’ve been five stars, but the reason for one star less is due to John Lewis and partners messing up an order of 23 Christmas hampers that I ordered online. Seems the standard has gone down since my last visit. I'm very disappointed. Even staff sent me to wrong places for provisions not once but twice if your staff are lacking product and placement knowledge . How can you help customers if your staff training is lacking.
