Rude staff in the shop. Mano didn’t ask about the shell card and had already wanted payment so when he scanned my card it didn’t get accepted and he told me it has been but it wasn’t. Then went on to have a go at me for not telling him at the begin that I had a card. Told him most stores ask

If it was possible to give -ve I would. Car broke down with power steering fault while at garage. Had to wait 4 hours for AA transporter. All that Shell (inc central customer service) did was say I’d be fined and kept insisting I get off the forecourt.
