“This is a very busy branch with a very small banking hall. I find all the staff are always friendly and polite even though some of the customers can be VERY rude. A special mention to the manager John, I observed him deal with a very difficult customer, I felt he defused the irate customer and she walked out smiling. It is very rare nowadays to see a manager working on the shop floor. Just one thing I would like to mention is if you could have one more cashier that would provide a quicker service. Wishing this branch always stays open. Keep up the good work !”
