“My internet deal was no longer a good deal. I'd slipped out of the agreement period and was paying more than I needed. I could have changed supplier, but EE offered another deal.The monthly mobile phone I wanted to cancel could not be cancelled at the shop - why? You have to phone and listen to music and be told that they are busy and will be with you shortly.Overall, I rate things as good service from the shop, but EE could do with spending a bit less advertising how brilliant they are by landing an aircraft from somebody's front room and a bit more time focusing on life from the customers point of view instead.”
