“Excellent service. I arrived early, lady made me feel welcome & sent me for initial tests with her. Very friendly & put me at ease. The actual optician was really nice too, gentle and chatty. If I had to bit pick I'd say she was a 'little fast' changing lenses. 'You can see better through that one can't you, you can, good"... I'd not replied in two instances. However she was very thorough, insisted on writing to my doc, and everything else as far as I know was done perfectly, I trust them. I was told I need reading glasses and offered some frames. I declined and purchased some elsewhere but honestly, cannot fault this store. Would definitely use again. 5 Stars.”
