Waiting for 20 minutes to open for 10am Sunday morning, waste of time as at 10.05 am still no answer & shutters closed ?

Completely incompetent. There is never anything in stock for prescriptions, and a number of times we have had prescriptions an order had been sent off but it was entirely the wrong thing when it comes back a number of weeks later.
