The app said there were 20 in stock and when I got there there were none on the shelf and I spoke to a member of staff, Cavan, who told me there were only four in stock. He was able to search another store for me and find plenty of stock at Dartford. The young man gave FIRST CLASS Customer Service! Cavan is a credit to this company and a thoroughly pleasant individual. Although I didn’t get what I needed, I left completely satisfied. These five stars are particularly for Cavan. Could the powers that be acknowledge his perspicuity and pass on once again my thanks to him.”
