“Used this branch after opening an account recently. However unlike my previous bank HSBC this was a breath of fresh air. Basically, really nice branch, very smooth interaction with staff and I was able to do what i needed to in branch. After getting fed up with all the branches HSBC have closed recently and the poor service in open ones most of the time i had to switch. It's amazing this is a bank that does banking and does not close tills whenever they feel like and tell you to use a Post Office for your banking. “At present they have a traffic light system so if to many people are already inside you'll have to wait although your not outside for to long. Quite a speedy service and the lady that served me was very polite and had a lovely smile.”

“Only come here to use the car wash and despite the old wives tales of they’ll scratch your car it’s perfect. The premium wash does a great job and leaves the car spotless and shiny in just over 5 minutes. Can get a little busy but it’s open till 8 so best going just before it closes. Fuel is the most expensive in the area but the other services are always good, friendly staff always happy to help with a smile”

“This is the best branch anywhere within 5 miles of where I live that I know of. The staff are so very helpful. Today I popped in to request something and while in the queue I saw people from all walks of life but each was treated equally and with kindness and empathy and the cashiers were so nice to all of the people ahead of me. When it came to my turn, the cashier gave me advice and an appointment that I really needed and was so helpful that I am glad to be banking here. This is a truly customer focused bank and each visit the staff are never rude, offish or unavailable to help. This is a very good branch. Great staff. Thank you.”
