Please don't deposit coins in your bank bank, they don't even have coin counting machine, expect you to count the coins and put them in a bag.

Yikes? I know it?s not staff?s fault there?s no counter service, but the system they have instead is shockingly bad. I waited 40 minutes (yes forty) to print a statement.
I already wanted to leave Santander and this experience tipped me over the edge :)

Location is very convenient to visit the branch. But closure of counter service makes it difficult to carry out certain type of transactions.

I have visited this branch on 2 different occasions for 2 completely different matters. On both occasions staff failed to help me and resolve the matters that I had raised despite clear explanation and suggestions as per how they can simply get on with my request and resolve it. As a costumer of santander I am leaving this here hoping they will take these serious as per improving in person branch costumer service that sadly seems to be disappearing from all our banks.

Very Disappointed with My Experience Today
I visited your bank at 9:30 AM today. There were only three other people waiting, but two of them left because they couldn?t get proper service.
I was there to complete two transactions. However, one couldn?t be done because there was no cashier available. For the second transaction, I had to wait 30 minutes. Even though I informed the staff that I needed to leave for work, no one made any effort to assist me.
I didn?t expect such poor and unprofessional service. I?ve decided not to return to this branch again. I?m extremely dissatisfied.

Absolutely awful branch, poorly staffed and no counter service, which is one of the main reasons to visit a bank, otherwise you might as well use an ATM.
If I could give zero stars I would.

Huge thanks to Jackie, who helped me with my CHAPs payment today. Jackie was super patient and reassuring and made the whole process so quick and painless. The staff who greeted me at the door were lovely and attentive and despite not having an appointment, I didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes to be seen.

After I saw their reviews I understood why this branch has 2.9* only. I visited this branch in the morning to queue for over half an hour and there were only 4 customers in front of me! Their ATM machines inside the branch is completely disaster and the Staffs doesn?t seem like helpful!

I was depositing 125£ when the machine just took all my money and said cannot complete request. Then I went up to the branch and asked them they said next morning they will check it. Now as I?m posting this next morning I?m waiting for the money to come to my account.

I don?t know if Santander have an policy of utter disregard for customer welfare The staff are robots who can only follow algorithms and cannot make simple decisions- perhaps now is the time for Santander to Exit the Uk for good and concentrate on giving poor service worldwide - Just complain directly to the ombudsman every time they give poor service as I have done numerous times - but this last time I have had enough!!! Awful Awful Awful customer services from Head Office and from branch when the manager does not want to entertain a formal complaint!!!!
