Yesterday I needed some help at Santander in Edgware Station Road and Nichola kindly helped me. She was amazing. Furthermore David is always full of energy and helpful. Amazing people there. ?

Please don't deposit coins in your bank bank, they don't even have coin counting machine, expect you to count the coins and put them in a bag. Absolutely ridiculous. This bank can't afford coin counting machine

Yikes… I know it’s not staff’s fault there’s no counter service, but the system they have instead is shockingly bad. I waited 40 minutes (yes forty) to print a statement.
I already wanted to leave Santander and this experience tipped me over the edge :)
