“Attended the pharmacy at 31 Town centre in Hatfield. The older lady is very nice and always polite but the younger girl was incredibly rude when I came to deliver my script. She initially seemed irritated as if I had given her more work that she didn't want to do, and then telling us it was for the next day before turning her back on us as we were mid sentence and just waved us off as if she couldn't be bothered. Incredibly rude and judgemental. Service is slow, even though there are no customers. Asked a question and she ignored us...”

“Was intending to get vaccinations done at Boots which was required for work and been told it can be done after calling them and making appointment. Arrived on appointment day but refused to give me vaccinations as it was for work purposes. WHY Boots give out wrong information if cannot do what needs to be done. Left me panicking to look for another pharmacy that could do vaccinations.Walked into Derek Clarke Pharmacy explained situation and was advised it could been done but some vaccinations out of stock. Pharmacist advised she will order for next day. Next morning Pharmacist even called me saying vacines have arrived. Went in within the hr she called me and had ALL vaccinations that I needed. Everything done within 24hrs. Well done Derek Clarke Pharmacy. Definitely worth recommended.”

“Would have given 5 stars because they stock my fave toothpaste and I met a lady there called Bella who was extremely sweet but ever so often, there’s a queue there even if one is buying just one item. The staff turnover is unbelievable and I think that’s where the delays come from”

“I love coming back to this well stocked branch in Edgware and lots of perfume products to choose from . Not too large but has everything a larger branch may have. Well organised and friendly service. Right next to Costa coffee as well which is fantastic ??Highly recommended by me!”

“Usual customer here. Self service is great, the system tos can the items with a mini scanner is a bit slow and often doesn’t work, so I would avoid that. Usual ASDA, good food, never runs out, wide range of products, the queue isn’t too long.”

“The ladies behind the counter couldn’t find my prescription and it looked like my GP didn’t send it as promised. So I went home and half an hour later I had a knock at the door, and it was the kind women from the pharmacy to bring me my prescription which they found after I left.I couldn’t be more grateful, they went completely out of their way to ensure I had what I needed.10/10 experience x”
