“Yetty at the East Dulwich Post Office was so helpful and kind that although I came in a bit stressed about a very large parcel I had to return, when I left not only had my parcel problem been solved (I had already been to another post office where they turned me away because of the size of the box) but my belief in good customer service had been restored! Yetty could easily have turned me away and said that the parcel was too large to weigh or too large to store but she was resourceful and found a way around both of these problems!”
