“Such a lovely pharmacy, the staff really care, are so generous and polite, and give a really friendly service - helping me with the door when I have the pram and making me feel super supported as a new mum. The wait times are small and they offer great advice. I always try to prioritise going here over Boots”

“The most helpful efficient pharmacy I’ve ever come across. They helped sort out a prescription for my daughter which was quite complicated and they kept me in the loop the whole time. Lovely staff.”

“Friendly reception.Eye test carried out thoroughly with each stage explained with regard to what and why.Answered my questionsNo pressure to buy a new pair of spectacles presumably because there was no significant change in my prescription and also possibly because my spectacles are only a year old.”

“Popped in on the off chance to enquire about a flu jab when I realised I couldn't make the appointment I booked months ago at home in Wiltshire. I had the jab on the spot. Friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended.”

“Always had fantastic service in this pharmacy. Usually when you go to one of the other big 'chains' you have to wait 10-20 minutes for a prescription even when there's no-one else around, but in Mansons I've never had to wait at all - hand prescription over, the staff go and get it and you're done. Won't ever be going anywhere else!”

“I have had to wait my turn as they are a busy pharmacy right next door to Doctors surgery. Nice young staff always eager to help, cant imagibe what it would be like working there all day with people coughing and breathing all over you for hours ! I can only say they do a difficult and hard job with panache and pro-medical discipline made acceptable. After all they are not selling widgits but often very powerful drugs ! Therefore its more acceptable that a serious attitude purveys the establishment, given that its the equivalent of handling explosives given what could happen if procedure isnt followed and one lax moment could have serious consequencies.”

“In general a make up shop with over the counter medicines and similar products. Cheerful, helpful and offers and members card giving useful points. Handy for many things, a cheaper model of Boots.”
