“So fortunate to have this family chemist as our local pharmacy. They always answer the phone and are professional and courteous. Recently, they went the extra mile on a Saturday when I needed an urgent prescription in Portugal - am extremely grateful as we would’ve been in a serious predicament without their help. Don’t go anywhere else; they’re amazing!”

“I have been going to this Pharmacy for 5 years now and I can honestly say they are not only very professional and have a good stock, they are also kind and genuinely want to help their customers.I have ADHD so I tend to be very forgetful and there have been a few times I went there and urgently needed my prescriptions at short notice and they always tried to help in any way they could.The older gentleman with glasses especially, has so much patience with me and so does the younger lady with glasses and all their colleagues.I am always treated with care and kindness, I never knew going to a pharmacy would be such a pleasure!”

“The staff who work in the pharmacy are amazing and always sort out the prescriptions and get the items ordered in for next day. My only problem is the security guard follows you around for no reason maybe they need to profile people better and actually stop the real theifs instead or targeting innocent shoppers”

“Boots is a great pharmacy this shop is a little smaller and doesn't stick as many things as the bigger one next ti lidl on falcon drive but still you can get your mist essentials and open until 7pm”

“I needed an emergency supply of medicated Milk for my infant son and the staff went above and beyond to help me get it as soon as possible. They made sure I was kept informed of when the perscribed products arrived. Very grateful for their help”

I anted them for my niece in Turkey and she picked out the products for her birthday. I'm so so pleased as I wasn't sure at all. “The pharmacists are top quality and always very helpful. It would be a 5 star review if the counter staff were a bit more clued up regards prescriptions. I've lost count of the number of times I've asked for my meds and given them my name and address and they look for it and come back and ask me to write my name down! It's three letters long, how difficult can it be? I don't have any issues with those who don't speak English as their first language but they must be able to understand the clientele in order to serve them accurately and quickly, this unfortunately is not always the case.”

“I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for well over 10+ years now and although the service and communication generally can be slow and cause inconvenience, I feel for this pharmacy as it just feels they’re short staffed and on low pay. Really bad pay in fact. I’ve seen staff come and go too often and I get why. The building could do with a refurbish but that won’t happen. No funding I assume. I feel for them more so but they’re friendly bunch.”

“Havto give a shout out to Mary - I have been visiting this Superdrug store for many many years and I think I have been served by her nearly every time and every time with a smile and a giggle and nothing is too much, this woman deserves some praise!Has actively engaged with me many times showing me products and alerting me to offers where I have made purchases purely from her recommendation.Very skilled customer service/sales - an assett to Superdrug!I havto say though, although hesitant to complain but the amount of times I have nearly spent money on make up only to be told no testers and some staff policing their customers almost waiting in the wings hovering around you to try to ’catch you’ opening a product or testing a product and checking what you are doing when you are browsing thinking about making a purchase however when asked whose job is it to reorder testers or restock shelves they suddenly dont speak the same language as me and will not be held responsible, I’ve often been told no stock or they dont carry an item in store but then when probed and asked to look through their stock - hey presto there is stock its just not on display or tester in the wrong place or I find it myself in another isle - these staff members time would be better spent concentrating on restocking or requesting new testers when empty/missing than policing paying customers.I left spending £3.55 when I was about to spend £30 as was put off thisevening by a staff members abrupt manner.”
