Thought I'd leave a review as it was the first greggs I've been too which wasn't able to warm up the cold baguettes, not sure if I'll visit again

Staff are stupid. Clearly mention that do not put any sauce in the roll. He put ketchup in there, they are busy in their own world.

As a regular customer at Greggs, I recently noticed a new staff member who truly impressed me. She organized everything in the shop efficiently and maintained a clean, welcoming environment. Her customer service was outstanding, and her polite, friendly attitude made a big difference. She's a great addition!
