Shocking customer service from manager Rhys. I bought three balloons for my daughter’s 4th birthday on Monday. By Tuesday one had lost air and by Wednesday another had completely deflated. Went to purchase balloons, banners and candles from card factory in Wandsworth. Had great customer service, friendly, and helpful from the employees especially from Reese and Jane. They had time to blow up my balloons and package it safely for me to collect later on in the day. Will definitely keep on using Card Factory... read full comment
