Store closes at 6pm Ines-Teamleader stoping customers to enter at 5:43 claiming “cause we have sale??” How’s this justified? No wonder why retailers like them struggles or shuts down.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is awful and the staff need training in manners and how to talk to customers. I am a strong supporter of keeping the high street alive but when shops are like this I am not surprised it is struggling.
