Great store, well stocked and lovely staff. There has been recent renovations, which look great. My only issue is that they seem to be phasing out staffed checkouts in favour of self service checkouts, which I find a bit of a pain and prefer the human interaction of a traditional till. I was at Primark Ealing Broadway today, they had a 2 minutes silence for VJ day. The staff stopped serving, everyone was quiet but the music continued to blare out of the speakers. Personally I found this was a complete mockery. The company should hang their heads in shame.
