The team here have never been anything but courteous, helpful, efficient, kind, cheerful, I could gone on, about that queue, I just gently pick up a magazine read it in the queue, then gently place back, it’s like a small break. “I wish Google would give me a pound every time someone asked " where's my parcel", we are reviewers not clairvoyants. My experience of this Mail Centre has been constantly positive, even with the pressures of 3 lockdowns, the Mail staff have continued to provide a near normal service. Yes, some items have been delayed a couple of days, but the alternative is for Royal Mail to shut down completely, then that would give the whingers something to rant about. I can tell you where the Mail Centre is, but I have no idea where your item is, or when it's arriving. Stay safe and be patient..”
