I have searched everywhere to submit a thank you through the Barclays website but couldn't find it - maybe a new feature to consider? I want to say a huge thank you to Jurate and Dilani who went out of their way to help me in branch on Wednesday 28 February. I really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond. Thank you!

Massive queue for self banking machines. Because they let everyone do their whole life banking on them when they should be going to a counter to do this with someone. Queued over half an hour just to deposit cash seems pointless have long 3 members of staff of the floor that couldn?t even help anyone to speed up the wait.

I recently had a visit to this bank and honestly, the customer service is awful. The teller, Sheila, didn't seem very interested. She yawned a lot and left me hanging without any explanation during our conversation. It felt really awkward just waiting in silence.Also, she read my transaction history out loud. I don't think everyone needs to hear what I'm spending on unless it's really necessary, which it wasn't in this case.Overall, I was disappointed with the level of professionalism demonstrated, particularly regarding the lack of a proper introduction and the handling of sensitive information. In the end I just felt very uncomfortable and made me look like I did something wrong...

A few weeks ago I was unfortunate to visit Ealing Broadway Barclays Bank and my experience was terrible. Unhelpful, discriminatory staff, not knowledgeable enough or liars, made me wait for nothing. Also seen many unfriendly faces not just with me. Sadly this is how they value their long service customers.Gone to another branch with same problem and issue solve within 30 minutes.

Wednesday 06/12/2023 between 11:00 and 13:00 pm I was there to have bank statement and fix some problems in my account, they solved all issues in the account and they gave me the bank statements, All Thanks to AMER he was the customer service with me. Thanks for all the staff they are professional and helpful . The best Barclays branch .

I am very disappointed about Barclays changed times opening hours until 15:00 branch closed. If someone works impossible to catch opening hours . You need to take half day AL to catch opening hours.

I rue the day I opened a Barclays account. Every single interaction I?ve had in the bank has been excruciatingly painful. The lack of communication is just stunning, and one wouldn?t expect such poor customer service from a leading UK bank, but alas. They seem to have closed many branches in the surrounding areas, and they have shortened their hours to 9:30 - 15:00. It?s hardly enough time for the endless line of customers they need to serve. On August 14, 2023, I walked in to complete a large transfer, and I waited 90+ minutes to be served. The thing is, I can?t even blame any of the employees because they too are stretched thin for the volume of inquiries customers have. It?s a bitterly disappointing experience to bank with Barclays.

Just been told that I need an appointment to sort out an issue - fair enough. But I can't book the appointment online and there is a 30-minute queue to book an appointment! - which I was told was "not busy, and that sometimes it can take much longer". - what a joke.
