“My child and I left the store very happy customers.We came to the smyths to get my 5 years old, the LOL Bee queen doll. We were told that unfortunately they have ran out, after checking. We chose something else, and my little girl left the store disappointed and almost in tears. I was told by the sales assistant (Jade) to try Amazon. After she checked in the system and physically checked all the shelves.As we walked outside the store checking amazon, Jade ran out and told us to come back in as they found a few.The manager and Jade really put that effort in to find one and made my daughter’s day. She had big smile on her face all the way home.Thank you guys ??”
