I had a bad experience with this store, I bought a meter of fabric for my window by mistake and I bought a little less and I went back to have it changed and buy more but they were very unpleasant and told me it was my fault that they couldn't give it back to me and I didn't want my money back, I just wanted to buy more... read full comment

From all the Hobbycraft franchises I went to, Coydon is hands down the best one; their staff are well trained and polite. Hobbtcraft Croydon usually has nearly everything in stock except some paints, but everything else is great.
