My experience at H Samuel in Croydon was amazing. The staffs were friendly and helpful. In particular Hazel was amazing. She assisted me and made my experience memorable. I was satisfied with the items I bought although not cheap but value for money. Thank you to the team in Croydon especially Hazel.

I was looking for some jewellery in this spoke. The person who attended to me, Jeylan, was extremely polite and professional. Very attentive to my needs. Went above and beyond just to keep the customer happy. That?s the kind of service I would expect when buying jewellery. I needed a ring, which I bought from this store. However it couldn?t fit my partner, so she procured one from another store for me. However the experience another branch wasn?t as pleasant as this one. So I had to return to get a refund. Once again I luckily had Jeylan attend to me and she facilitated the refund for me and apologised for the negative experience I had at the Bromley branch. I would use the Croydon branch again as the experience from all staff I dealt with was exemplary.

Do not purchase your wedding ring from h Samuel what ever you do!! Purchased mine 9 months ago, when bought the sales lady assured me that the diamonds would not come out and that it would only happen if the ring was to be resized. I even took out the extra 5 years protection on it. Well a few weeks ago I noticed that one of the smaller stones had gone and I immediately thought that?s not right! so I sent it off with H Samuel who have informed me that it is customer damage and I have to pay for it to be fixed! It has NEVER been damaged and I have only been married 9 months. It?s an absolute joke and I am so disappointed with them as a company. The extra protection they sell you is clearly just a scam because it?s not worth the receipt it?s printed on

Not really impressed at all. I bought a watch here. The assistant wanted to charge me £149 and was unaware that it was advertised on the website for £99. If I hadn't pointed it out I would have paid the higher price. I was surprised that I couldn't see my chosen watch with a different colour dial despite it being on the website. Having completed the purchase I was asked if I wanted to wear the watch. The assistant didn't bother to set the time until I asked her to do it. This is Croydon!, so I want to support local shops rather than buying online (£30 cheaper). A mistake that will not be repeated!
