Excellent customer service. I was called by the store when my order was available to collect (after having some stock issues trying to order online). Jackie was very helpful and friendly and knew about my order when I visited the store - it's nice to visit a store which values customer service and experience. Recommended.

I came here to return a ring following a change in personal circumstances. The sales assistant who initially saw me agreed to proceed with the refund but the manager was reluctant to do this and was subtly hinting to return to the store I had purchased the ring to find ‘an alternative’ or to keep it due to 20% off....

You’ll find H.Samuel on the Lower Level of the Whitgift Shopping Centre in central Croydon, opposite Superdry and close to the escalators. There’s plenty of parking available across two car parks on Wellesley Road that both give you direct access to the shops. In-store, you’ll find a great selection of ladies and gents watches from iconic brands including Police, Timex IQ+ and Tommy Hilfiger. We also have plenty of stylish jewellery for every occasion, as well as sparkling diamond collections from the likes of Forever Diamond, Perfect Fit and Princessa.
