“Food hall is lovely. Feels and looks clean and welcoming. Women clothes side has a good selection, baby & kids clothes needs to have more selection. I haven't had to que for a checkout yet. Loads of parking.”

“Small m&s at the main hospital entrance. Open 7am - 8pm everyday. Has the usual chilled ready to eat meals & fruit, sandwiches and drinks, small selections of chilled foods to cook at home and lots of sweets, biscuits & cakes - energy food for patients. Also has cards (such as birthday, blank etc), daily newspapers, some toiletries and a small bakery section squeezed in.”

“Nice, big and smart Next store located on the Purley way. As the store is of good size. Has sofa, lighting, tables, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom departments. The store is very well stocked and tidy. Also very useful as Click and collect Online shopping can be collected from here using the touch screen monitor. Plenty of parking available. Recommend to go after 7pm weekday as traffic in Purley is a nightmare.”

Considering i am blind, my shopping experience is made easier with staff so keen to assist.I walked in yesterday with my list of online shopping items, The lady and gentleman who assisted were ever so patient and attentive. The lady found my items online for purchase, i am expecting to go back today once notified they are ready for collection.I had to change my rating from 4 to 5 stars, Tiffany who assisted yesterday with my shopping was extremely helpful. She went over and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Tiffany.Went back on 31/12/2022 and as usual I was not disappointed. Hessa took her time to carefully ensure I was properly assisted. Sonia who helped in the past also came over to make sure all was well plus gave guidance to her colleague. Thanks to both for such great customer service.”

“The downstairs I find is abit chaotic with the clothes/shoes etc but upstairs is a lot better and they have some great little finds for really good prices. Well worth a look around.”

“Quite a large Matalan store with a good choice of clothes and homewards. Free parking and other stores in the same location. Only downside is the small number of tills.”

“Went there today to exchange my Boss trainers I bought last month as one of them fell apart. I had no receipt. Gentlemen taking care of my exchange took all the time and effort to find my receipt in their system based on my bank statement only as a proof of purchase. After a few minutes I had my new trainers packed, new receipt printed and everything done with care and in a very professional manner. Thank you ?”
