Considering i am blind, my shopping experience is made easier with staff so keen to assist.I walked in yesterday with my list of online shopping items, The lady and gentleman who assisted were ever so patient and attentive. The lady found my items online for purchase, i am expecting to go back today once notified they are ready for collection.I had to change my rating from 4 to 5 stars, Tiffany who assisted yesterday with my shopping was extremely helpful. She went over and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Tiffany.Went back on 31/12/2022 and as usual I was not disappointed. Hessa took her time to carefully ensure I was properly assisted. Sonia who helped in the past also came over to make sure all was well plus gave guidance to her colleague. Thanks to both for such great customer service.”

“An efficient and productive supermarket that maximises the parking area to do car wash, second hand car sales, surplus clothes recycling and launderette. My favourite are the bread kitchen, oven fresh pasties, the fish monger and the garden centre. Particularly in winter, a coffee at the cafe is a morale booster. Staff doing click and collect are like busy bees. They are friendly and helpful. Other staff are equally customer-focussed.”

The food section is particularly impressive, with fresh produce, ready meals, and bakery items that are always of high quality. Their sandwiches and meal deals are great for a quick bite, and the dessert section never disappoints.

The clothing section is neat and has a good variety for all ages, though sizes for popular items can run out quickly. Staff are polite and helpful, but during peak hours the checkout lines can get a bit long.

Overall, it’s a reliable place for both shopping and quick grocery runs. Clean, well-stocked, and conveniently located right in the heart of Croydon.”

“This is by far my favorite store. You can find so many beautiful stuff for your home/garden and the generous Halloween collection its just amazing! I've never seen so many options for Halloween decorations and it made me very happy. I can never go in and buy just one thing there's to much cool stuff tempting me XD not complain tho”

“Nice, big and clean shop. The lady on the till who surged us was fast and polite. But I won’t return here as I absolutely detest when they put pointless narrow barrier on the entrance and exit from the parking lot.”
