I was charged for an item I never had on my basket. God thing I had the receipt and as I got home I realized an item on it I never bought - flower -£3.50. As I went back to request my money I was told that these things happen automatically and they will do a refund. I hope I will get it as it's not yet on my account. But... read full comment

This store has issues, with replenishing goods, the pet food my cat will eat, is often out of stock, granulated sugar is also out of stock or it's out back, waiting for the staff to put it out on the shelf
