“An efficient and productive supermarket that maximises the parking area to do car wash, second hand car sales, surplus clothes recycling and launderette. My favourite are the bread kitchen, oven fresh pasties, the fish monger and the garden centre. Particularly in winter, a coffee at the cafe is a morale booster. Staff doing click and collect are like busy bees. They are friendly and helpful. Other staff are equally customer-focussed.”

“Good parking and selection is good but trolleys are often in really bad condition, wheels are broken and making terrible noise and vibration when using them ... Feel like they should lose one extra star from that... Been like that for years now and seems to be getting worse.”

“I must admit this place can be very busy like most Lidl's but because of individuals like Keisha and Max this place runs efficiently and irons out the chaos. I have seen many new staff which is refreshing and hoping the leadership of Keisha is present treakles down and the amount of sections I have seen Max works in, he should be a the store/general trainer if that vacancy is open.

“Great staffing, by being friendly to the community it genuinely does not feel like those generic shops where the staff have no connection with the customer.There’s always stock and if there isn’t the staff and the manager go above and beyond as they tell me which Tesco's nearby me would have that stock.Give them all a raise!”

“Access for disabled people, staff are polite, as much as it can be busy queuing for long goes down pretty quick. Shelves are mostly always in stock, I can’t moan too much.
Plenty of parking spaces but car park can be full as they have a gym next door”

“Asda Wallington is now (again) a great store. After losing my custom when it stopped cheap petrol (and when it used to 'drive' the whole gas station market) it has redeemed itself - almost.
It's a great feature as a pick-up location where it is convenient to scan your QR code at the collection machine. Although the arrival of your goods could be quicker - it's at least efficient otherwise, as you'd be in a 'customer services' queue.
So now competitive prices again and clothing plus a click and collect point with petrol fill up! However petrol is only cheaper if you fill and shop. Otherwise petrol locally is cheaper - much cheaper.
Maybe with the new CEO it will become a compelling market leader again!”

“Love this supermarket. Bright, wide open n full of stock. I like it’s modern style layout. Chiller n frozen cabinet looks great. Wine section is really cool. Even its prices r bit high than other supermarkets but still it’s so convenient to have this in our area. On top of that, very big free car park at the rear, making it more easy to shop there. There’s a post office inside too so have more reasons to shop there.”

“I like the tesco express i use almost everyday but only the they re missing is my lettuce everday they give a different reason that the delivery hasnt arrived come back later i go next day no lettuce again it s just so much frustration when use the place everday i d like to see my lettuce one day on the shelf please thanks”

“A nice, medium sized co op store. The only critisism is that sometimes, the staff clog up the isles with re-stocking trollies which make it difficult to get items off the shekves or to navigate if you have a disabikity.”

“I have been seeing the same driver for the last month or so which is great - people scare me. Not sure whether I'm supposed to mention names but he's called Lucky and most definitely one of the nicest people I have met in a very long time. Luck is helpful, courteous, polite and very kind. Just wish I could see him every week as he always cheers me up with his sunny disposition. In a previous life he was a head chef (until Covid arrived and laid off) so I'm working on getting him to cook me a meal - one can but try. Whatever, a very big thank you to Lucky.”
