I purchased a plaza set full options, 2xloveseats + 2x3 seaters sofa approx £10k -waited two months for delivery. Finally delivered 20/02. I ask you is this a sofa? (see photos). You can put your fist through the gap. Reported immediatley. Technician sent to rectify 16/02, and no difference. I want it replaced they refuse... read full comment

Visited the store today, vgood variety of sofas at decent prices, staff was very helpful, particularly Sasan (hopefully spelling that correctly). Good experience all round
