Gul the woman at the till needs more customer service training. Among the products we bought, there were two plant pots without price or barcode, she got rude and wanted us to to go and find out that information and do the long queu again. She was completely reluctant to help.

Trolleys are non existent. There are plenty of employees walking around and all of them completely clueless. The worst shop I’ve visited.
