Arrived at 10.15 on Sunday, the shop was closed, and some staff were talking with each other. After I had a coffee nearby and went back at 10.50. Absolutely awful customer service. I've been stood at the click and collect for ages. Ringing the bell. Being ignored. And eventually when someone arrives, he's a zombie and doesn't speak a word. Just scans the code. Shuffles off. Returns and doesn't say a word as he hands the parcel over. Then sulks off.
