If I could give 12 starts I would!!! Such helpful and patient team, wow !!! I had a problem with a DHL parcel dropped off at that store, and the tracking did not update for days. The staff and assistant manager have been so patient, so kind, they even checked their CCTV to find out 'the mystery' and even phoned DHL afterwards. Really great team, thank you guys :)

Attempting to return a faulty product, six weeks later no progress and only robotic responses received from customer service that make no reference to the complaint (I am starting to suspect that customer service are bots not actual people). Appalling service, avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered 4 heaters. 3 worked fine 1 did not. Was told a courier would collect the faulty one and a new one would be sent out - wouldn't send replacement until it had been collected, not ideal but okay.
Courier never turned up.
Chased, no reply.
I complained, as hadnt heard anything i also mentioned a light on another which was flashing (heater working fine just wondered what the light ment) now because another one has a flashing light they won't collect the one they had agreed to collect two weeks ago for the reason of "they need to look in to that as if they had to return two, they don't want to do 2 collections" even though the second one works absolutely fine - I'm now even longer without a working product - something they were supposed to have already sorted!
A month on still waiting for someone to take some responsibility and resolve the initial faulty heater issue.
Customer service throughout has been absolutely shocking, no reply or just constant barriers being put in place and zero customer care.
I was so upset with how the whole things been handled I asked to just return my whole order so I can go elsewhere and was told no.
Do yourself a favour and don't order from them. terrible customer service.

Wrong address listed on here and the website. When I finally found it the customer service was terrible!Their computer said that they had only one of the item I was looking for. Rather than going to check in their stock room the clerk insisted I go to another store.Don?t waste your time

bought 2 x wardrobes and found both of the side panel warped. they are not sturdy and lean forward. they were at a decent price but would at least expect them to be at a acceptable standard. also the wardrobes when delivered were left outside front door so the delivery was not great either. wish id read the comments of this S**t company before I bought anything. shocking service from start to finish

I bought a Ezysleep luxury mattress topper and it was very sub standard, many sections werent even filled. I complained on 18th October, they promised me a returns label and collection, my wife took a days holiday for the collection , neither turned up, called again and promised to call me back in 2 days, no call back, called again and still no joy, they have contacted their suppliers 3 time now and still nothing, I now have to wair a possible 2 days for a manger to call me back, really really poor, my contract isnt with their supplier its with Robert Dyas

Absolutely shocking service with a damaged/faulty parcel - they have assumed it?s damage and because it wasnt reported in 48 hrs no customer service what so ever! The agent I spoke to on the chat had the same attitude as the company! Will not shop or recommend them in future again! Diabolical service!

Diabolical service from Robert dyas.
They give you the run around when a order hasn?t been delivered.
2 weeks now been waiting on one item still to be delivered and are still charging their customers.
Disgusting service I will never again use their services online.
Something has to be done.
Very angry ? and upset with your service.
Because something has gone missing in post they blame their customers. I brought a set for a microwave and kettle microwave turned up with no microwave they say they don?t know where it is!
So now I?m not sure ? if I want to keep the kettle no good without matching microwave.
They turn round and say sorry time is running out now to return kettle. You have two days to return and in the meantime all I ask is too give a little extra time in case the microwave does turn up!
But NO apparently I?m runnning out of time to return the product.
Your service is appalling you do not help your customers at all and do not like issuing refunds full stop ? I will be taking this matter further if this isn?t sorted out and credit back to my used KLARNA account.

Trying to place an order for an air fryer.
The web page says that there is free delivery for orders over £50.00 using code FREEDEL50, however ther isn't a box to type in the code at the payment page. Also the two stage payment verification dosent work, it tell you to log into your bank to authorise the payment but when you go back to the payment page, it comes up with an error and takes you back to the start.
Tried the online chat but it's just an automated thing with no option to talk to anyone and dosent cover payment problems, Tried ringing customer service and again, no option for payment problems. Put in a load of rubbish to try and get to speak to someone, but no one is answering the phone.
BOUGHT ELSEWHERE.
