“My daughter and son had to have their travel vaccines . Both Rachel and Kerry , were so lovely and kind. My sons set of injections was over and done within minutes. However my daughter was very very scared and for 30 mins was scrambling all over the place and was in tears and fits. Rachel was so patient and kind and so sympathetic to her. Eventually we was able to give her the injection with the help of Kerry and myself . After the initial shock my daughter was fine and happy and both Rachel and Kerry shared the joy with her. Such a lovely team .”
