“The day of my appointment I was greeted on time by a gentleman who signed me in and did the blow test. I then had my eye test by a lovely lady. The lady doing my test was lovely, friendly precise and explained everything as the process was taking place. He made the process so easy and as this was the first time I needed glasses she answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand easily. After the test I was seen by a third person who helped me pick out some fames. As I attended the appointment on my own it was brilliant to have assistance when picking the frames. I then took full advantage of the offers and made my purchases. The experience was fantastic. I have used Boors Opticians Chiswick on and off for many years and will stay with them as long as they exist and I live near by. Many thanks Yasmin Khan”

“My daughter and son had to have their travel vaccines . Both Rachel and Kerry , were so lovely and kind. My sons set of injections was over and done within minutes. However my daughter was very very scared and for 30 mins was scrambling all over the place and was in tears and fits. Rachel was so patient and kind and so sympathetic to her. Eventually we was able to give her the injection with the help of Kerry and myself . After the initial shock my daughter was fine and happy and both Rachel and Kerry shared the joy with her.
