Today my voucher didn’t specify items the voucher included so with having to separate sales from normal priced, it was resolved, quickly but patiently by Farrah (not sure on spelling) and Danielle. Both lovely and very helpful.

Any voucher is to be used on normal priced for reference so no confusion for others.”

Benson for beds kept in touch prior to the delivery and called the day before my bed was due to arrive to confirm the delivery date and time. The delivery team also called on the day about an hour before they delivered the bed.I would have liked Benson for Beds to provide a service that collects old beds and a team that fits up the beds purchased.”
