Absolutely sick of this place. I use it mainly to charge my car and 90% of the times the charger doesn?t work. Today I have checked in the app and it says available. Miracle, I said and guess what, I went there and the staff have placed barriers in front. I went inside to ask why and when they will remove them and the guy (mid- aged white hair) was shouting at me that he also
want to go home at 10 o clock as a reply of my question. The guy was desperate for a
red card for sure. Then I asked the security guy and he said that because of security reasons and short staff the station is shut from 9pm. Can you believe that. I mean, who needs them at all in order to start my charging process. Honestly BP, guys come down to Earth and fix your ridiculous policies as this really gets annoying. You have replaced the 50 kwh chargers with new and it?s already a
hole century that you haven?t even started them. If you don?t want to lose some customers you should first teach your staff how to behave and definitely fix tour charging services. Poor

Double charged my partner for his shopping. He went in to speak to the manager and showed him the bank transactions but the manager walked away 5 times, told him he was making it up whilst acting very nervous and weird. He then told my partner there were no transactions of £22.50 that day at all and so he must've gone to another BP or made it up despite his bank account and NatWest customer service both confirming and evidencing this... extremely dodgy. Won't be returning! Reporting them as we speak :)

Today 11 am my wife came filling up petrol she had problem paymend my wife has kids next to her. She has panic whats going on and one male staff came and swearing to her this is your fould next to my kids. So i m telling owner or manager or what ever work this bp check your staff and customer services. I ll not recommended no one this shop again cos of rubbish staff.

Please can anyone tell me why people use BP petrol stations.They are always (unless you're lucky)much more expensive.Please boycott these garages and they might stop being so greedy. I certainly am,and always look for cheaper prices.PLEASE BOYCOTT THESE B.P GARAGES.

Lovely staff, but Please train them to stop overheating/burning the milk, it just tastes burned and burns your tongue 20mins later... so gutted about this. I buy coffee here often and lately this has been happening a lot.
