“The best, most friendly and most helpful staff I have ever met among all M&S stores I have met (across London, Birmingham and Reading stores so far). Ohab, the manager, Alan, Almaz, Monika and Sayed were all fantastic - friendly and professional and attentive to customer needs. They would really do their best to help look out for products and provide any good solutions if there are no alternatives at the store. My 3yo son also loves to shop with me there because the staff was also very friendly to him and he was excited to talk to them every time, besides children's trolley being available. My family and I really love this store!”

The young man at the till was courteous, scanned my code and slapped on a shipping label. 10 seconds of efficient service and I was out the door.”

Two bike racks outside.Edit - they also sell tins of pineapple in JUICE which the other larger supermarkets didn't have and were needed for my Bunny's Gut Stasis saving emergency vet trip x”

“I usually do shopping from this store and I am happy from the quality and the staffs, but I do not know why there are not guards close to the main entrance door to watch very strictly and not to let the customers arrive into the store with their animals. Unfortunately some inconsiderate customers bring their dogs sniffing the shelves and goods.I hope a very strict keen attention to be raised in all the stores very soon on this issue, because people will be healthy just by observing very simple but important points.”
