“This is a review for the optician downstairs. The arm fell off my reading glasses due to a loose and subsequently lost screw. I previously went to an optician at the corner...where they wanted 55 pounds (!) for a screw plus they needed my glasses for hours. How pathetic. Boots was so kind, and did it for free and in 5 minutes.”
