Today I had amazing service in Office on the kings road, I only went in to pick up a pair of shoe for my partner and came away with 2 pairs for me as well (I much I am thrilled about)
The team worked really well together and the atmosphere was great, I have worked along the kings road for over 5 years and this is the best service I have ever received in office.
The manger was delightful and when I commented on the service, she was very gracious and continued the great service she is clearly leading very well by example.

This is a terrible shop. The staff really don?t care and are too busy talking to each other to serve the customers. We waited 15 minutes and then they didn?t have the shoes in stock
we wanted. Avoid.

Absolutely crap experience from the hopeless staff. No hello, no smile, nothing. It seems the bottom of the barrel was scraped to find the people working here.
Much prefer to use online service because of these appealing level of service.

Whilst my wife and I were looking at the trainers a shelf edge caught her jeans and ripped them as she walked past. The metal edge was sharp and dangerous and had she not been wearing jeans she could have been injured.
She immediately told the manager who covered the shelf edge. The store has not given her any compensation to replace her jeans. This is disgusting behaviour from a business that was clearly in the wrong.

Very rood store manager. According to him his name is Mel. Very unpleasant. My shoes was faulty as had a cut in the leather on the upset side of the shoe and as they are suede that cut will rip further when I wear; so I referred to Consumer Rights Act 2015. The store manager was making a mockery and said not all shoes are perfect and was quite pleased with himself that he could reject a customer as he is manager and no one else to talk to at the store. Sadly this is my local store which I used to shop at regularly. I?ll post them to office, I?m sure it won?t be a problem but will just take a bit longer. Sad to come across such attitude.

I bought a pair of faulty trainers and reached out to customer service to request a copy of my receipt. After some back and forth, they confirmed they had located it ? but ever since, I?ve been caught in a loop where they keep asking me for the same details again and again, as if we?re back to square one.
It?s incredibly frustrating, especially since the issue seemed to be resolved. I?ve provided all the information multiple times, and still no proper resolution or follow-up.
At this point, it feels like I?m not being taken seriously. Unless this is sorted promptly, I?ll have to escalate the matter to the relevant consumer authority. Very disappointing experience.

I was served by a young girl called Sarah earlier. Instantly she was extremely friendly and helpful and gave me personalised recommendations. She remained patient and kind even though I was only browsing for options. I would highly recommend this store and hope she gets a recognition for her hard work and dedication.

Amazing experience staff was very attentive and brought shoe after shoe out for me to try on before I settled for a gorgeous pair of uber comfortable New Balance 2022. Thank you OFFICE!
