Very pleased with the amount of information I’ve been given about different types of trainers as I’m going on a long hike over the weekend. I had a pleasant experience especially from the colleague named Zak, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

I came in there to find a pair of shoes, and I found the shoes straight away. However, I was waiting for half an hour for a member of staff to come and help me, and find them in my size but no one came. Awful service.
